IT Analyst III will work under the supervision of the Quality Management Manager or Director and assist with analysis of findings, operational incidents and risk patterns from the Project Quality Office (PQO) to facilitate adherence to company policies, ensure delivery of projects that meet project-specific and enterprise quality and risk requirements and formulate and develop new and modified technical process and controls. An IT Analyst III will collate, store, query and report on data in the area of project management, technology processes and controls. In addition, IT Analyst IIII will assist, when necessary, with research and analyses requested by management. Work assignments are completed with supervision from more senior team members.
Work with business unit customer and/or other technical staff to design effective and efficient reports or other analytical use of data. Use data mining technologies and algorithms to search databases in productive ways that will answer client objectives.
Key Job Functions
Organize, analyze, interpret and report data from compliance findings across the Software Development Lifecycle quality checks.
Determine formats, structure, and categories of data to be used or extracted for analysis, and the relationships between data elements that will produce information of business interest in the form of reports, graphs, dashboards and presentations to be published in print or on the web.
Develop, use or modify a variety of data mining algorithms (including SQL) needed to conduct data mining exercises. Document for further development or for execution of exercise.
Using algorithms or other mining tools, prepare data for analysis, and find relationships or other statistically significant measurements that meet specific requirements.
