Title: Senioe Business Analyst
Location Washington DC

Deliverables:
• Define requirements for software tools for developmental staff.
• Use software tools to gather requirements, analyze needs, identify risk, propose designs, write documentation and conduct financial analysis.
• Conduct interviews with project stakeholders.
• Design and improve processes using software-aided business process capture.
• Review current documentation of as-is process related to the project.
• Assist with developing to-be-process for the related project.
• Document gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with collecting, analyzing requirements and recommendations from stakeholders for project implementation.
• Develop meaningful metrics for measurements for the related project.
• Evaluate current organizational structure roles, tools & repositories and make recommendation.
• Monthly Progress Report.
Supplemental Duties:
• Experience and expertise in Senior Management Consulting in a QA environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a project leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with operational, IT and financial management.
• Experience with Transportation industry to develop quality metrics and measures around operation management and financial performance
• Perform high caliber qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Ability to meet the requirements of the deliverables listed above
• Ability to interview and engage with executive level clients to discuss major issues and develop options and alternatives that can be leveraged to address key challenges.
• Extended experience with performing root cause analysis
• Extended experience with developing roadmaps
• Ability to assess and analyze trends and facts about issues by applying fact based analysis
• Ability to discuss findings and recommendations with key executive leadership
