Job Description-

Two key aspects of this role: 
FIRST: Taking PBI (product backlog items) and writing the translation of the PBI requirements for the offshore development team. This role needs to drive the translation of the work to the development team to ensure accurate interpretation of the requirements, reduce rework and priority is understood. The offshore development team is working with Informatica/ETL. This role does not need to know Informatica/ETL, but must know how to clearly write requirements for the development team. 

SECOND: Needs to contact subject matter experts in the various business areas to ask the specific questions to clearly understand the business needs. 

Experience writing requirements for development teams ensuring quality execution of the development team delivery. Strong communication skills in working with business subject matter experts to obtain accurate specifics/requirements of what they need. Works closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team and other scrum team members. Attends all scrum ceremonies and performs responsibilities accordingly. Ensures best practices are followed, identify gaps and produce solutions to ensure quality and understanding across the team.

Experience working with offshore development teams highly preferred. Experience with scrum/agile required. Experience creating requirements of development work to a developer highly preferred.

Must have very strong communication skills!
