Job Description

Qualifications:

- B.S./B.A. degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent education and experience.

- Minimum 5-7 years functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM requiring significant data analysis, position management, security, HR Admin, and core setup table understanding.

- Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and have the ability to multi-task.

- Strong interpersonal, logical reasoning, detail-oriented, written and verbal persuasion/communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem resolution and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and leverage appropriate escalation paths and check points.

- Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker (IB)

- Knowledge of database technologies and data modeling.

- Will possess a systemic thought process, analytical thinking, decisiveness, business/financial acumen, and a working knowledge of core HR practices which includes hire, termination, promotion, and transfer of Associates.

- Ability to read and apply knowledge from technical manuals.

- Ability to create and/or reengineer processes to help provide the highest quality product and services.

- Effective team player and with ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with Information Technology (T2) and internal/external customers
