Job Description :
Design, develop and implement efficient software solutions to address complex business problems in the billing area. Should be able to work with offshore team and provide direction when needed.
Needs to be well-versed in agile methodology and capable of delivering user stories independently. Collaborate with internal and external teams, participate in daily standup meetings and provide innovative ideas to the team. Should be able to perform database queries and produce metrics to measure the impact in production post rollout. Utilize DevOps tool chain to drive innovation in the development and delivery process. Support the initiative to make billing applications Cloud Native to run in PaaS environment. Experience in Telco Billing application development will be a plus.
Skill sets : Senior Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience who has good track record of successfully delivering projects to production
3-5 years hands on in Java/J2EE with expert level programming and troubleshooting skills
2-3 years on Spring Framework, especially Spring Batch
2-3 years in Oracle relational technology
1-2 years hands on experience with MySQL/MariaDB, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins,
1-2 years in a cloud environment such as Openstack, AWS or similar setup.
Experience in Cassandra NOSQL will be a plus.
