SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST / DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

1. Describe the proposed Database Administrator/Programmer's experience with Oracle

Database administration and maintenance.

2. Describe the proposed Database Administrator/Programmer's experience and ability

with writing SQL Scripts, such as preparing tables, views and store procedures.

3. Describe the proposed Database Administrator/Programmer's experience with Microsoft

SQL Server 2008.

4. Describe the proposed DBA Administrator/Programmer's experience with development

of web based software applications.

5. Describe the proposed DBA Administrator/Programmer's experience and understanding

of ITS functionalities.

6. Describe the proposed DBA Administrator/Programmer's ability to write technical reports

and correspondence.

7. Describe the proposed DBA Administrator/Programmer's experience in configuration

management.
