Job Description :
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate end-user focus group discussions for the purposes of developing and managing:
o Navigation structures
o Search filter categories
o Enterprise-wide categories
o Synonym rings
o Search strategies
• Map newly developed navigation structures, search filter categories, enterprise-wide categories, and synonym rings to the existing global standards
• Provide guidance and advice around content architectures
• Work with team to develop multilingual approach for taxonomy development, content architecture, and search tuning activities
• Help create and manage concepts, clusters, intent responses, rules, and relationships using Oracle Knowledge Management - InQuira (OKM) software
• Develop search measurement and maintenance plans
Skills:
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience using OKM to create and manage taxonomies
• Extensive experience developing product and non-product enterprise-wide taxonomies and ontologies, product data standards, and guidelines
• Proven track record in creating and managing multi-lingual taxonomy development efforts, specifically for Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese languages
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience using OKM Dictionary to perform basic and advanced tasks
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) & OKM's use of NLP to optimize search
• Advanced knowledge of search engine configuration and ranking strategies
• Experience in analyzing analytics data to troubleshoot search issues and establish corrective actions
• Advanced knowledge of Information Architecture principles, strategies, and industry standards
• Previous experience with content strategy, content management, and content architecture
• Experience in conducting end-user focus groups for the purposes of gaining user insight into search relevancy, search preferences, and mental models
• Proven experience of using User-Centered Design principles and practices to meet end-user needs
• Previous track record that demonstrates successful relationship development and management
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, situational analysis, and decision-making skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools to leverage value from complex data sets
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently or unexpected changes while consistently meeting project deliverables/deadlines
• Knowledge of appropriate process analysis, planning, development, documentation, training and improvement techniques
• Strong oral and written communication skills and financial business acumen
