Required Skills- Hands-on technical experience with HCM Extract, BI Publisher, PBL, and HPL.
Strong verbal communication
Preferred: Migration experience from Oracle EBS to Fusion
We are currently migrating our HR System from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. We are looking for a person who knows and understands Fusion. We need someone who can provide some hands-on training for the Fusion related import/export tools such as HCM Extract, BI Publisher, PBL (Payroll based loader) and possibly HDL (replaced FBL with the latest Fusion release). We would be looking at having someone come to Omaha for one to two weeks to provide this hands-on training actually walking through some of our interface builds and would work remotely for a total of 3 months.
Oracle e-Business currently and moving to Oracle Fusion.
- Duration: 3 months (first 2 weeks onsite...expenses billable)
- Working with Oracle Business Solutions as integration expert. We feel they may not be hitting the mark in some areas.
- Training on the Fusion tools for integration.
- Could potentially go longer as an on-call retainer. That could be remote or Skype.
- Will be working with 3-4 people. Showing people functionality, not creating curriculum.
- Have already migrated data into Oracle Fusion test environment. Part of migration is building out these interfaces using these tools.
- Person will assist in recommendations on building out user interfaces.
- Will be migrating until 1/1/17, but want to start doing end-to-end testing on Oct and Nov.
Interview Process: 1/2 hour phone interview and then another 1/2 hour interview with technical team.
