Job Description

Role : Build Engineer

Location : Charlotte,NC

Duration : 12+ Months

Rate : $50/hr on C2CMax)

Job Description :

Required Skills- UNIX,Oracle

This person will supplement the standing up of new software and provide support for technical issues and initiatives within the applications, systems, and databases. Will be using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems.

At least 4 years experience as a UNIX admin

  • Navigating
  • Start/stop processes
  • Monitoring software

Build/Deploy experience :

  • will be executing/writing/debugging Anthill Pro workflows
  • troubleshooting and installing Anthill Pro agents
  • must also have experience with IBM Urbancode Deploy

Technical

  • Provides technical systems support within a technology organization.
  • performs migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations
  • Evaluates or reviews queries to extract data on Oracle database
  • troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups
  • writes/designs test scripts
  • creates change or issue logs
  • analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements
  • assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas
  • updates, creates and tests the business continuation plan
  • 4 years of experience with Unix administration
  • Experience with Development/Deployment tools like Anthill Pro, Urbancode Build, Urbancode Deploy, Jenkins
