Job Description :
Provide technical expertise and hands-on development for new functionality as well as updates / enhancements to SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System)
· Understand the current system implementation from a technical perspective and provide knowledge transfer to our client technical resources who are learning the platform.
· Serve as the Salesforce.com technical lead, answering questions about the capabilities of the platform and providing guidance around future system architecture and best practices for coding, ongoing maintenance, configuration and system updates
· Performing development work on the existing SFDC platform for the SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) implementation
· Conducting knowledge transfer sessions around the technical components of the implementation to team members
· Providing technical leadership around the system architecture, development best practices, system updates, ongoing support and maintenance, etc.
· Responsible for IT support for HR. Support includes day-to-day operations and project work on the SFDC platform.
· Subject matter expert to management on scope of work requests and projects.
· Complexities of problems span the spectrum from low level problem solving to significant strategy-related solutions.
· Significant ability to prioritize and sequence work independently with ability to act decisively with limited information
