Under general direction, is RESPONSIBLE for leading a team of resources in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of projects across multiple systems.
Additional Skills: Required Skills/ years of experience needed:
• 3-5 years in Project Manager role
• Has actively worked using the Agile Methodology. Scrum certification preferred.
• CREATES, maintains, and actively manages overall detailed project schedule.
• Acts as Scrum Master across scrum teams.
• Facilitates release, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospective meetings.
• Under the general direction of a manager, PLANS and CONTROLS the activities of the team members.
• COORDINATES project activities across multiple system areas and departments.
• INTERFACES with user groups and departments on development projects as well as on problem diagnosis and resolution.
