The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in the past five (5) years working with subject matter experts to develop scope specifications for web and mobile applications.
- Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years writing application design specifications.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years developing web applications in PHP with some exposure to version 5.6 or greater.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years installing and configuring a major PHP development framework such as Laravel, Symfony, Cake or Phalcon.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years developing with a PHP framework such as Laravel, Symfony, Cake or Phalcon.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years installing and configuring Apache HTTP version 2.4 or greater.
- Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years building database objects in MySql 5.6 or greater.
Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years buildingPHPweb services that publish and consume data in JSON format
