Job Description :
The candidate will be part of a team which is tasked with migrating from a homegrown OMS system to the Oracle NMS platform. The candidate will be involved in all implementation phases: Elaboration, Construction, Transition and Production
Skills & Requirements :
15 + years of Oracle Network Management System Experience as well as the Oracle OUM and Express implementation models
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
10 + years working in the utility industry
Familiarity with Business Process mapping
Familiarity with OMS,SCADA,GIS , MDM and AMI
Complete understanding of the OMS and GIS network model
Full understanding of network switching
Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Candidate must possess superior communication and technical writing skills.
Experience with successful Change Management preferred
