Job Description :
Provide testing feedback in the sprint discovery and grooming phase
Create and/or update user acceptance tasks, test scenarios / cases by analyzing User Stories in Agile environment
Execute manual test cases and document the test results in Rally
Automate test cases with Cucumber/Selenium framework
Conduct walkthrough of test cases & results with scrum team
Log and report defects in Rally
Communicate testing issues with Scrum team
Provide Sprint Demos to product owner and product manager
Work with Interface groups to create, review and execute interface/end to end cases
Create and Update User Acceptance Test documentation
Support Business shakeout tasks for production Release
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience with UAT or QA
3 – 4 years of experience in Agile environment using Scrum methodology
4 - 5 years of experience with Quality Center or Rally
2 – 3 years of experience in automating test cases in Cucumber/Selenium framework
3 – 4 years of experience with End to End and Interfaces testing
3 - 4 years of experience in targeted regression testing
Strong knowledge of testing processes and SDLC
Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to perform detailed user acceptance testing like an end user
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
GSE and mortgage experience is a plus
Business Analyst experience is a plus
Professional testing certification is a plus.
Experience with Requirements Management tool-DOORS is a plus
