Job Description :
Required Skills- Oracle Application Express (APEX), PL/SQL
-Serve as application developer, project manager and/or Team Participant on complex application development projects using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express (APEX), Java and .NET applications incorporating best practice security controls into the applications.
-Analyze Agency business processes to determine user and application requirements
-Design applications for relational database structures using normalization process creating an entity relationship diagram.
-Develop, re-engineer, implement, maintain and document applications developed in Oracle
-Design, develop, implement and coordinate interface applications to third party applications as needed.
-HTML development, Java development, Unix scripting and PMP certification a plus.
The focus for this contract position will be to provide and deploy an in-house developed off-line client and synchronization process for a mission-critical inspection system. Experience creating an Oracle off-line client and synchronization process is desired.
