Responsibilities:
Ø Deliver solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
Ø Design and architect online applications that leverage the Force.com development platform
Ø Lead the configuration of the modules built on the Salesforce platform
Ø Assess business requirements, translate them into solutions (potentially on Salesforce platform) and lead the definition and communication of technical scope
Ø Conduct discovery sessions to validate and facilitate business requirements and drive platform and technology choices and own the IT specifications, timelines and solution approach
Ø Capture business processes in automation solutions using the Salesforce platform and the Force.com development architecture
Ø Maintain technical documentation. Create and lead solution design documents, integrations designs, configuration information, developed API and other interface documentations, etc.
Ø Drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions. Simplify and modernize solutions and services by planning standardized interfaces, removing redundancies, improving efficiencies, sharing feature / functionality context across multiple business lines, solutions and business needs
Ø Work with speed and urgency in an Agile environment, using Agile methodologies with a goal of defining canonical solution models that maximize reuse and ensure team velocity
Required Qualifications:
Ø Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or 5+ years of equivalent experience
Ø 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com or very similar experience with at least 1+ years of experience developing on / administering a large Salesforce.com instance
Ø Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Exact Target Cloud, Community Cloud
Ø Demonstrate technical expertise in Salesforce technology ( Apex,VF, Webservice API ,Data Loader, Data)
Ø Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform
Ø Experience leading larger complex solution projects
Ø Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com functionality
Ø Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements
Ø Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion
Ø Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms
Ø Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams
Ø Must be flexible to work with global teams and stakeholders across time zones
