An individual who can train other users on how to use Rally (Enterprise level) and set users up within Rally. Having javascript, visual basic is also a plus because eventually they are looking for this individual to customize Rally and sync with other systems to support business needs. This position has the opportunity to go perm so ideally US Citizens, Green card, and EAD candidates

Job Description-

One of our client is seeking a Reporting Analytics Analyst for a large mortgage insurance client in Philadelphia, Pa. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing Rally.

Reporting Analytics Analyst

Description

  • Provides analysis, design, development and documentation of analytics and reports.
  • As requested, supports PMO, Program Managers, Business Product Owners and QA Test Managers with analytics and reporting through the utilization of software, database and information design and modification.
  • Creates scorecards and dashboards to support management decisions relative to an agile development methodology.
  • Identifies and provides input on process improvement for team and business practices.
  • Responsible for core table maintenance, setup and configuration.
  • Must be comfortable with multiple databases in order to extract, correlate, combine, graph, trend, track, and report relevant metrics in any way that is requested from any number of stakeholders.

Skills Experience

  • Knowledge of business intelligence applications and/or statistical analysis software, e.g., Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Pivot Table), MySQL/SQL, Oracle, Discoverer, Visual Basic, PowerPivot/Power Query for Excel, Business Objects Desktop/Webtop Intelligence.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and concepts.
  • Exposure to data project and development data housed in PPM and agile applications like Rally, Daptiv, Clarity, etc.
  • Familiar with concepts of database structures/maintenance, data querying (SQL Oracle), ETL, distributed computing tools, data mining, data auditing and technical documentation preferred. Proficient written and oral communication skills that provide effective interaction with all levels of the business organization.
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and self- manage projects and time.
  • Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, business intelligence and integration with performance improvement.
