- Support the IP administration of the IPControl application in San Antonio, TX.
Adding new domains
Adding new containers
Adding New blocks
- Coordination/Installation of 45 new DNS devices in support of DNS/DHCP effort
- Coordination/Recommendations and validation of Any cast configuration in support of DNS/DHCP project effort
- Training of Transition resource in support of transition to Transition resources
Technical Expertise
IP Administration - Consulting
Be able to Instruct BT Diamond IP Sapphire Appliance customers to install, manage, and troubleshoot the Sapphire Appliance product. This includes:
- Understanding how the Appliance is architected including how it integrates with other IPControl systems and components
- How to image and configure the system
- How to manage and operate the Appliance
- How to upgrade the system
Candidate must have an understanding of:
- Implementing Any cast - what needs to be monitored and setting thresholds
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field or at least 3+ years experience in IP
Administration
- Understanding of IP Addressing and IPAM
- Experience with IPControl
- Experience with DNS/DHCP and system upgrades
- Experience designing user interfaces for systems
- Proven experience writing system documentation (design, test plans, test execution, implementation plans and implementation execution).
- Self-guided project experience a plus
