Job Description :
-Application and claiming software system.
- Houses information for 11 federal programs.
- System is run by the vendor who has multiple versions of the system in multiple states. So they need to investigative to pull the correct fields to pull data.
- Use TOAD to pull data, SQL.
- Not all the fields in the system have been mapped.
- Responsible for a number of AD HOC reports, requesting info from public info reqeuest and USDA.
- Need to be able to gather requirements.
- Excel and manipulation skillset. ( Will need to combine the key between the two reports and be able to merge the reports).
- Someone with strong database Architecture experience.
- Problem, they make IT decisions without having an IT expert, more specifically DB decisions.
- REPORT DEVELOPER - with Database Architecture expertise.
- heavier weighted on report development, the value is needed to have good understanding or database architecture.
- Someone who can look at a DB to look at the data and verify that it is correct. Find the data in the system that hasnt been mapped.
- They have vendor, who also has the backend database, they dont have a data dictionary, they need someone who can use their data dictionary to pull the data that they want out of it.
- EXCEL, TOAD - SQL

- working independently. EXCEL data manipulation. Need this person for extraction. Data Analyst.
- DB Architecture, the vendors architecture is all over the place.
- several tables that are filled with numbers, that aren't accurate. Very Complex System. Not just a report writer, data analyst, not organized.
- They have queries, that have already been developed, they have a starting.
- Validate the data is accurate, NEED TO DO A LOT OF DATA VALIDATION.
- School meal data, 9-10,000 sites. Contractors who have applications. 3,000 applications. 20,000 sites, file a claim monthly. 20,000 x 12. data within each claim.
- Thousands of tables.
