Job : Business Continuity Analyst

Location :Atlanta,Georgis

Duration : 7 Months

Rate :$50/hr

Job Description :

  • Review services provided by business unit customers
  • Lead Business Impact Analysis to confirm scope of business continuity plans required.
  • Map processes required to provide essential services using industry standard tools and conventions (Visio and BPMN)
  • Develop requirements for business continuity including process documentation, tools, and human resources needs
  • Review the requirements with the business unit customers and adjust as necessary
  • Develop business continuity plans based on requirements gathered

Required Experience/Skills

  • A thorough understanding of the business continuity planning process with demonstrated experience creating plans for essential business services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience modeling business processes including inputs, outputs, activities, and tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visio
  • Working knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) specifications
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, able to work in a team environment as well as independently

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Formal Six Sigma training and application experience
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
  • Business knowledge of procurement, insurance, or human resources
