Job Description :
-Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing and implementing ERP security controls.
-Demonstrated proficiency in enterprise application concepts and use of security controls in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2.
-Strong understanding of workflow rules, provisioning and enhancements requested by businesses and departments.
Scope of Work:
-Work with internal teams to advise on industry practice security controls.
-Responsible for optimizing core security set up. Review and advise on current processes for managing and monitoring application-level access including, pages, processes, queries, trees, reports, components, services, integrations, customizations, etc.
This includes process improvement, ongoing maintenance, and documentation in the following areas:
-Base user profiles requirements
-Detailed knowledge of role mappings to functions
-Security model to ensure accurate approvals for Time & Labor, Performance Management and Manager Self Service
-Separation of online application access from approval access
-Managing sensitive data and ensure only required end users have access
-Authentication of PeopleSoft integration from HCM to Finance and Interaction Hub
-Securing Internet facing PeopleSoft content
-Address outstanding Security issues
-Provide knowledge transfer to Security Administrators in execution of security operational responsibilities with input for continuous monitoring and process improvement
