Job Description :
Daily Activities:
-Responsible for providing support for Commercial Ordering department to support all the Ordering and Shipping Activities via EDI.
-Proactively gather, analyze, and document requirements for data mapping, workflows, and logical processes interfacing with other systems
-Assist the business team with establishing a scope of work to be completed
-Create, develop, and maintain partner related documentation, communication and materials in partnership with appropriate business stakeholders
-Participate in release planning and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC as it pertains to integration related deliverables
-Perform Gap Analysis; assess feasibility and impact of modifying integrations
Skills and Experience Required:
-Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Science environment experience.
-Must have a complete understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Order to Cash functionality.
-Must have experience with some of the North American/Ansi X12 EDI Messages that our client uses for order processing: 850, 856, 812, 180; chargeback related messages: 844, 845, 849; and some custom messages.
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to develop relationships with the EDI Teams at our distributors is essential.
-Experience with our North American EDI service bureau Open Text/GXS a plus.
-Experience with Oracle B2B a plus.
