Job Description-

Core Requirements: LDAP build and run skills

Linux build and support skills

Java skills Database/Data management skills

Basic network knowledge Using version DSEE7 but currently updating to OUD11G

- Experience with both is targeted considering open LDAP in the future

- Experience is a plus (currently going through a proof of concept to implement it) Own and manage servers

- Linux RedHat Install, update, performance tune, monitor RedHat servers Also LDAP SW install config and support installing new environments into platform

 - e.g. new teams or acquired companies will gather requirements from team then build in those requirements Strong communication skills needed, requirements gathering and stakeholder interaction IDM background targeted but not required

- CA IDM or Salepoint IDM Additional responsibilities Knowledge of how to integrate web services with an Identity Management solution Design and develop front end GUI screen to tie in with backend applications using open source MVC frameworks (struts and spring) Develop middle tier application which consumes web services (EJBs) Work directly with our Identity Management engineers to ensure that an end to end Identity Access management solution that meets our business needs while mitigating security risks within the organization.

 Review detailed business requirements with project analysts and product managers to ensure they adhere to our Identity Management and Web Access Management strategy Supply project managers with detailed estimates for web application integrations Educate application teams on how to integrate with Identity Access Management solutions Responsible for building identity management solutions to meet business process needs based on detailed requirements Perform unit testing and system integration testing Build positive working relationships with team members, peer technical teams, application teams, and customers Effective communication skills to ensure our project managers and customers are able to understand technical solutions Demonstrate a general knowledge of application security and risk management

Ability to manage multiple application integrations Understand business processes and challenges to supply recommended Identity Management solutions

Focus on Innovation and Operational Excellence Identify issues within a solution and supply leadership with technical answers and options

Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that project deliverables and deadlines are met Communication of project status to project managers and management

Cross training peer team members for completed single sign on solutions Self motivated to identify potential areas of improvement within Identity Access Management

Technical Requirements:

OS: Unix/Linux Database

Experience:SQL experience DTS/SSIS experience

Programming: Java is a must. 6+ years of relevant experience

Strong development skills with Java, JEE technologies including Servlets, EJBs, Design Patterns, Struts, Ant, XML

Good knowledge of application servers (preferably WebSphere)Hands-on experience with Eclipse IDE or RAD, SVN.

Experience with building/executing PL/SQL stored procedures.

Extensive Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), SOAP, Web Services.

Knowledge of XML,XSD,XPATH,XSLT

Experience with web development frameworks (JSF, Spring)Experience with JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like Find Bugs, PMD etc.

Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and Refactoring.

Experience with web services development and Axis framework highly desirable.

Ability to use Linux/UNIX shells, knowledge of UNIX shell scripts is a plus.
