Project Details:

Development includes the re-engineering of the current Web service middle-ware and the transformation and ingestion of binary search data into the targeted open source database (Hadoop/Mongo/Cassandra). The selected candidate must be highly experienced in the use and implementation of NoSQL databases as well as open source Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) tools.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must be highly experienced in the use and implementation of NoSQL databases , in particular Hadoop and MongoDB.
  • Candidate must be highly experienced in open source Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) tools (Falcon, Pig, Oozie, Sqoop).
  • Practical experience in Java, JavaScript, Big Data, Data Modeling, Phoenix, HBase, and YARN (MapReduce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be team player and get along well with others
  • Detail oriented and committed to consistently completing repetitive production-like tasks on-time and error-free.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual; team player who can adapt to changes in customer requirements
