Job description :
Required Skills- Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of techno-functional experience in working with Oracle EBS R12, specifically focused on supply chain modules
• Candidates who have prior experience working in a GxP/Validated environment will be preferred over others
• Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management) and mobile apps techno functional experience is mandatory
• Techno-functional expertise in OPM – Process Manufacturing mandatory
• Techno-functional expertise in several Oracle EBS R12 supply chain modules such as OM, Quality, WIP, BOM, MFG, INV, PO is required
• Experience in EBS ecosystem applications such as Product Data Hub (PDH), Product life cycle management (PLM) and Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) preferred
• Thorough understanding of technical and functional aspects of Oracle EBS supply chain processes, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-pay
• Oracle EBS application development (FRICEW) experience in developing extensions and objects using Oracle development tools, methodology and framework mandatory
• Experience in integrating and supporting integrations from EBS to other systems and external providers such as 3PLs (3rd party logistics providers), and CMOs (Contract manufacturing) required
• Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle
• Proven ability in coordinating with the people across the globe and team player.
• Enthusiastic, Highly motivated, quick learning, Innovative, Hardworking, Deserving and a great team player.
• Strong understanding of information systems, business processes and measures of success
• Proven commitment to customer care, system availability, reliability and issue resolution. This can include off-hours and on-call support to resolve system incidents
• Analytical/Creative Problem Solving
• This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot as well as develop alternative solutions to problems.
• Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision, or collaborate on a multi-disciplinary teams
• ITIL foundation certification strongly preferred
• Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company preferred and is a definite plus
