Job Description : 

Job Definition:
Client is looking for a highly experience quality assurance lead / business analyst who has worked in a product research environment in the health care industry. This position while manage both BA and Test Lead responsibilitys and be a pivotal resource in providing advice and direction for multiple development teams.

Job Requirements:
Experience in leading Product Quality Assurance and Business Analysis
Experience as a test lead for IHH capability pilot projects
Experience in the refinement of Minimum Variable Product (MVP) Requirements
Experience in supporting requirement interpretation and fulfillment within the project team
Experience in cross disciple collaboration (system admin, DBAs, developers, business owners, clients and prospective users) in idea generation for product requirements
Experience in requirements priority setting and supporting requirement delivery
Experience in overseeing requirements management and delivery
Proficient as documenting product stories
Experience in capturing test methodologies, standards and guidelines
Knowledge of and experience in using risk based testing principles
Experience as a lead testing resource to provide test strategy, planning and scheduling advice
Experience in testing for UAT, data validation, integration testing, feature/functionality testing, API and backend services testing
Experience in the creation and implementation of automated regression testing
Experience in conducting iteration demos of testing tasks completed and current state of product quality
Experience in capturing and interpreting lessons learned for SDLC methodology refinement
Experience in process improvement for both BA and Testing disciplines
Experience in participating in development iteration planning
Experience in participating in development iteration retros
Experience in providing delivery management activities and product sign off responsibilities
Establish and maintain user stories and defects in Pivotal
Experience in providing recommendations for setup and configuration of Pivotal for product quality assurance, project requirements management and project reporting purposes
Experience in coordinating multiple testing teams in a distributed development model
Experience in syncing up project deliveries with team dependencies
Provide accurate test matrices linking testing tasks to requirements and defect resolutions
Provide requirement and test metrics for project management decision making
Provide test status reports for each development iteration
Help develop and maintain project schedules
Create and help maintain test coverage estimates and timelines
Create and maintain test deliverables including - Project Test Plans, Usage Test Scenarios, Test Cases
Create and maintain test and UAT environments
Create and maintain test data for both the test and UAT environments
Experience in performing defect management responsibilities

Required Skills
Working knowledge and experience with Pivotal
