BI/Data Reporting Analyst

Location: Creve Coeur, MO

Duration: 1 year

Description:

Role will be responsible for building, standardizing and automating reports, metrics and dashboards using Web Intelligence, Qlik View, Sales force and the Microsoft office platform for the North America seed brands. Utilizing data modeling and adhoc reporting to provide an analytic lens for new initiatives and programs.

4 to 6 years of experience with specific job skill. These resources will assist with the analysis of business processes that will contribute to the design and development of new solutions. The resource will work alongside functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training.

3-5 responsibilities will occupy their time:

- Group is focused on North America. They have several gaps when it comes to reporting needs.

- Need to standardize the data reporting.

- Maybe get it automated or scheduled so they are not spending every day running the same reports.

- Show up where and when we need them.

- Heavily based around reporting and building out data metrics based on the inquires that come in.

- Once they get the reports, eventually will be building out dashboards.

    

Daily Basis:

- Luke and 2 Sales Force Coordinators that report to him.

- Could work with data reporting teams as a reference point or a place to go with questions.

- Tell me about the team dynamic/culture.

- In the process of building the team.

- The group is the North American hub of Sales Effectiveness and has several openings.

- New team. There is a lot going on. Luke is as hands on as he needs to be. If you need something, he will be there to help.

Must Haves:

- Excel, maybe some Access experience.

- Prior client experience in any of the systems (Web Intelligence, Qlik view) is a plus.

- Proficient with and understanding systems, process, and data (how it interacts).

    

Not interested in seeing in the candidates already submitted:

Not looking for someone who is in coding or SQL.
