Top Secret clearance

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with competencies which include technical team management; full life-cycle software development; solutions architecting; data architecture and modeling; data migration and integration; database engineering, database modeling and design (including relational); database implementation and administration; software implementation, and configuration. Should also have proficiency with various software development, integration, and data migration (Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Understanding and experience with full SDLC methodologies and associated processes
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Waterfall, and SCRUM
  • Proficiency in application architecture/design, systems integration, and interface design.
  • Proficiency with various development approaches to include Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Object-Oriented methodologies, Agile methodologies, and traditional/structured methodologies
  • Proficiency in the areas of database engineering (with specific focus on Database analysis and design, Data integration, Data modeling/architecture, and Data migration)
  • Experience with system installation, configuration and integration, capacity planning/engineering, performance management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices applicable to systems engineering
  • Ability to apply technical/engineering principles and expertise in evaluating IT systems at various stages of their life cycle and to formulate associated results in a comprehensive and coherent manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in presenting technical analyses and interacting with customer.

  • Analysis of IT project finance requirements and cost/benefits assessment of the economic, performance and security benefits/risks of fulfilling the requirements.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
