Job Description :
PeopleSoft Business Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Knowledge of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management
Extensive knowledge in the requirements development using PeopleTools which includes extensive knowledge in working with IB, Components, PS Security etc.
Excellent analysis & design abilities using object methods in support of authoring System Requirements documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent abilities in the design and creation of test plans and test cases.
Ability to work as a liaison with both the customer and developers
Excellent SQL development skills
Functional understanding of Quality Center
Functional knowledge of the client's ITUP (Waterfall) Methodology is a plus
Must have the ability to facilitate/lead their own meetings, communicate status of project work
Must be able to work independently and work well as a team member
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
