Oracle EBS Testing Software Developer
PRIMARY SKILLS :
Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities simultaneously
Organize, collect and analyze relevant project data and manage project work predictably
Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation
Manage risks by anticipating bottlenecks, managing program prioritization, making trade-offs and balancing business needs versus constraints
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Experience managing high performance teams
Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Experience managing large packaged application implementations, in particular managing testing phases of the implementation
