Job Description
The project is for Salesforce enhancement implementations for a nonprofit.
The Technical Lead will be responsible for:
Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
Interact with client/business team to translate business needs/requirements into technical requirements/design.
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Manage and provide direction for the App Maintenance team in support of development activities.
Train new resources in Salesforce Apex development and VisualForce.
Minimal LCAT Qualifications:
Experienced in client-facing interactions and managing business requirements/meetings
Experienced and conversant in key business functional areas such as ERP and CRM
8+ years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management
Minimum four (4) years of Salesforce experience
Demonstrated thought leader in Salesforce solutions and technologies
Experienced with integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies
Strong SaaS solutions development and implementation focused on Salesforce.com
In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and VisualForce
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work independently with minimal supervision
Salesforce.com Administrator certification
