Role : Peoplesoft HCM Business Analyst 

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Duration : 6 Months

Project: 
Enhancements, Break Fixes, and Support for Talent Development and Compensation areas
Miscellaneous support activities. 
Part of the Human Capital Business Analysis and Technology Team -
Approximately 25 team members supporting Human Capital Systems


Responsibilities: 

  • Documenting AS-IS processes
  • Documenting TO-BE processes
  • Documenting detailed business requirements
  • Creating functional designs
  • Creating test plans
  • Performing test execution.
  • Assist with project implementation and "go-live"
  • Assist with warranty period fixes and issues


 software tools/skills:

  • PeopleSoft HRMS - Technical and Functional
  • Microsoft Office - proficient level


What skills/attributes are a must have?

  • Requirements gathering
  • Documentation (e.g. Functional Specifications, test planning)
  • Understand SQL
  • Good communication skills
