Description:
Our client is standing up an Informatica environment and the efforts have enhanced greatly! With an increase in development efforts, they, they need to add a solid Systems Administrator to the team who can bring knowledge and proven expertise to assist with the ongoing support.
This is an immediate and high priority need for our customer.
The selected resource will need to have proven support experience working with PowerCenter and Data Quality.
The customer is currently running several modules under each and will be adding more as project continues.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for the overall health of the Informatica system.
As an Admin to this team, you will need to work with the development staff to ensure upkeep of the system, support the changing needs for system environment space for Dev, Testing, and Production.
With the variety of options in an informatica system, it is critical that this person get up to speed quickly to support the ongoing access rights of users, learns how to identify security changes, and works with the overall team on Hot Fixes as needed.
This resource will also be assisting end users in learning the tools and capabilities, and ultimately helping stand up a Center of Excellence for Informatica.
