Requirements for Sr. QA Performance Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience in an Information Systems position or comparable experience.

• Providing strategic guidance for future direction of the Performance Center of Excellence (PCOE).
• Providing guidance and oversight for improvements to software measurement, metrics and analytical techniques.
• Being responsible for the development of test strategies for projects that may span multiple products, technologies and test disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
• Ability to design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
• Develop performance and capacity models.
• Develop project estimates as part of the concept and project planning process.
• Define key metrics and instrumentation for measuring and monitoring performance and capacity.
• Identify trends through the use of metrics to forecast quality and release readiness.
• Design and implement performance and capacity testing solutions using a variety of third party and custom tools in a distributed highly available environment
• Troubleshoot complex configuration, infrastructure, networking, and application problems that could impact the performance or capacity of our system.
• Provide release performance assessments and proactively communicate risks and dependencies which may impact the reliability, performance and/or availability of the product.
