The E-Business Consultant will play a key role in the development, management and production of online components for Wholesale Banking marketing communication programs for Sharepoint Design involving emails, newsletters, landing pages, and reporting. Conducts competitive assessments which will support recommendations to modify Sharepoint Design involving web-site design, including functionality, graphics, and content positioning. The Consultant will need to possess strong analytical skills, project management skills and strive to continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on learnings and best practices. The Consultant ensures strong collaboration with traffic managers, project managers and QA and Proofing on all projects.

• Provide a high level of customer service and support
• Leverage marketing automation tool to execute Sharepoint site development for email and campaign marketing activities
• Create or develop wireframe concepts or copy decks. Utilize brand approved templates to publish email and landing page layouts
• Provide feedback to enhance the user experience
• Hand code emails, landing pages and microsites in HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and REST
• Consult with team members and provide feedback on how to improve campaigns
• Segment customer lists based on marketing program
• Design, crop, and optimize banners or photos into templates
