Job Description-

Description: The PeopleSoft IT Application Developer is responsible for supporting PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and Benefits customers. Possess technical expertise required to analyze program/report logic to troubleshoot issues and support the business process. Translate business requirements into technical specifications suitable for implementation. Bring PeopleSoft experience and subject matter expertise to the table and effectively work with business and IT partners to steer solutions toward standard PS functionality where possible. Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to detail, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information.

Tasks to be Performed: Leverage PeopleSoft experience to troubleshoot and resolve application support issues/questions. Collaborate with the business owners, business analysts, and partnering IT teams to ensure application changes are implemented in accordance with business requirements Provide production support and needed enhancements within PeopleSoft HCM and perform development as needed

Skillset Details: 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine and SQR) Knowledge and experience in mainframe/DB2 preferred
