Job Description- Role Requested: Performance Engineering and Diagnostics Analyst
Role Description: • Achieve a high performance system solution and reach the expected SLA's regarding CAP systems, work closely with resources that have deep expertise to understand the interaction between Endur and external systems. Make recommendations where appropriate.
• Responsible for developing performance test cases to ensure performance NFRs are tested, and path forward determined or process is tuned
• Quickly learn and understand the E2E workflow and process in terms of integration of multiple systems
• Test plan execution in running Non-Functional Requirements test cases and capture metrics.
• Root cause analysis, formulate reproducible test case, make recommendations on work-around’s and work towards issue resolutions
• Address business concerns with system performance via infrastructure and technology by improving application level process performance.
• Analyze and research infrastructure and make recommendations for improvement in stability, scalability, and performance
• Perform system health checks and making recommendations
Experiences
• Must have deep ENDUR expertise across ALL functional areas
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a large scale enterprise project with multisite development experience
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Performance engineering / Performance testing or related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Performance tuning and diagnostics capacity
• Extensive experience with Monitoring tools, e.g. Perfmon log analysis, AIX, NMON
Skill Requirements
Technical:
• ENDUR, BizTalk, Grid, TPM, Connex, Jbroker, XML
• Java, SQL query
Functional:
• Requirements Gathering, System Test Plan and Execution, Regression Testing, Environment Planning and Deployment
Commodity trading related skills and knowledge, specifically for energy trading products such as crude oil and refined products
