What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
1. Design application programming solution based on business requirements and need, conduct design reviews of the solution(s), code and unit test the solution, work with QA in understanding and supporting their risk based testing of the solution, knowledge transfer with the rest of the team, follow SDLC and audit requirements for code deployment, documentation, and source control
2. Participate in daily scrum standup meetings, accurate estimation of work, accurate time reporting, participating in requirements gathering and solution design reviews, participation in code reviews
3. Fully documented and compliant coding of solution, performance tuning of code, learning our marketing system and business, working directly with business analysts and business partners on solution and suggestions for delivery
4. Meeting release requirements and deadlines monthly, zero production errors, participation in all company required learnings, certifications, attestations, and relationship building with other IT and business departments
5. Self starter and self accountable to the team to develop skills and knowledge towards becoming a SME on the system and marketing business
