Job Description :
For our tech analyst position:
o Manage our enterprise developer program and app signing / provisioning services o Administer, configure, and deploy mobile applications through our MDM and MAM services
o Create operational and support reference documentation for various mobile tech services
1) Technical acumen
2) Excellent customer support
3) Strong documentation skills

The Mobile Business Technology group helps drive the internally-focused mobility landscape and provides mobility services including: mobile application development; security adherence and application development standards; mobile app testing; third-party mobile software and resource assessment/evaluation/agreements for enterprise-wide use; and app signing, provisioning, and deployment services.

The Technical Analyst, Mobile Business Technology, will support mobile development teams across the company to test and deploy mobile applications. This position will be specifically focused on the platforms that enable the testing and deployment of mobile business apps, thereby extending the power and usefulness of mobile devices within our Company.

The Technical Analyst is responsible for day-to-day system activities of the testing and deployment services carried out by the Enterprise Mobile Business program. The successful candidate will work with business application owners and development teams to assess business and technical requirements and perform the identified service requests. To accomplish this, the position has the following responsibilities:

Application Deployment
Administer, configure, and deploy mobile applications through our MAM environment
Support alternative deployment efforts through documentation and tier II support

Application Testing
Administer, configure, and schedule use of our mobile testing environment and devices
Develop and execute unit tests to enhance quality development cycles
Support testing efforts by addressing discovered issues

Team Operational Support
Provide operational support for the MBT group's server and application infrastructure
Perform scheduled changes to the production and dev/test environments, as required

Development Community Support
Assist with administration of our enterprise developer program and app signing/provisioning services
Create operational and support reference documentation for various services
Contribute to internal technology community as it relates to mobile

Basic Qualifications
Experience as an application administrator configuring and maintaining large-scale enterprise environments
Experience handling tier II support calls for mobile testing or deployment issues
Effective analytical, problem determination, and resolution process skills
Ability to document procedures to support both technical and non-technical readers
Be flexible and adapt easily to changing environments, requirements, and deadlines.
Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams.
Familiar with mobile testing practices and procedures
Familiar with mobile application deployment practices and procedures
Familiarity with mobile development practices and build processes
