Oracle Agile PLM Consultant

This is a 11 + month contract position with the possibility for extension.

Here are the details:

Description of Project for Oracle Agile PLM Consultant:

Looking for an experienced, strong Agile PLM techno-functional consultant to manage and provide support to the global PLM user community. The role will be tasked with support, providing functional and technical expertise and hands-on development for new functionality as well as updates/enhancements to PLM. The candidate will also serve as the PLM application lead, answering questions about the capabilities of the platform and providing guidance around future system architecture and best practices for coding, ongoing maintenance, configuration and system updates

This is a new position to help with additional work flow.


Required Skills for Oracle Agile PLM Consultant:
At least 7 years of techno-functional experience in working with Agile PLM, specifically Agile Product Governance Compliance (PG C), Agile Product Portfolio Management (PPM)

Candidates who have prior experience working in a GxP/Validated environment will be preferred over others

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working on PC, and Process Extensions.

Experience in Agile Content Services, configuring Transfer Orders.

Actively worked on Data Migration, Data Extractions.

Experience in Agile Configuration and Administration.

Experience in Agile Configuration Propagation (ACP).

Worked extensively on design and development of Agile SDK applications, Groovy Scripting.

Proficient in writing Process Extensions (PX) and Web Extensions (WSX).

Experience in configuring the Agile PLM product according to the business needs of the customer.

Developing Extract scripts for Data Extraction.

Experience on installation of all Agile PLM components.

Experience in integrating PLM to other enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS and regulatory systems

Experience in administering PLM

Technical skills should include - WebLogic, Unix, SOA, Web technologies, XML, Java, Oracle DBMS

Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle.

Proven ability in coordinating with the people across the globe and team player.

Enthusiastic, Highly motivated, quick learning, Innovative, Hardworking, Deserving and a great team player.

Strong understanding of information systems, business processes and measures of success

Proven commitment to customer care, system availability, reliability and issue resolution. This can include off-hours and on-call support to resolve system incidents

Analytical/Creative Problem Solving

This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot as well as develop alternative solutions to problems.

Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision, or collaborate on a multi-disciplinary teams


Desired Skills (not required but you will get exposure to some of these):
ITIL foundation certification strongly preferred

Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company preferred and is a definite plus

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to pass a drug test
