Job Description
  • Title:          Big Data Developer
  • Location:    San Francisco,CA 
  • Duration:    6 Months Contract

Must Have: Big Data, Hive Spark.

Job Description:

  • Around 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of hands on Big Data experience, who can do development and code reviews.
  • Must have Programming skills on Core Java,Python, Hadoop Fundamentals, Map Reduce, Hive, Sqoop and developing data warehouses (ETL, Data Modelling)
  • Must have knowledge of pySpark 1.6.1,Hive
  •  At least one Hadoop distributor like Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapR, Unix/Linux scripts
  •  Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the life cycle. 
  • Any streaming analytics knowledge will have plus
  • Should have good communication skills and should be able to interact with business users
