Requirements
o * * *MUST HAVE * * *Healthcare or related Medical/Biotech/Hospital industry experience.
o Associates of Science or MIS Degree
o CCNA or CCNP Certification
o 5+ years hands-on experience in each of the following: Cisco 6500 / 4500 / 3560 / 3750 configuration, LAN Configuration (HSRP, RSTP, Port-channel, VLAN, trunks, ports), basic network security, MDF/ IDF closet build-out and physical installation.
o 5+ years hands-on experience in each of the following: Cisco 2800 / 3700 / 3800 / 7200 configuration, WAN (T1, MLFR, MLPPP, DS3, ATM, MPLS, MetroEthernet) configuration
o 3 - 5+ years hands-on experience in each of the following: Routing (EIGRP, BGP)
o Ability to effectively troubleshoot layers 1 - 3 on a large scale healthcare-based network.
o 3 - 5+ years experience troubleshooting routing, acl rules, nat rules and general connectivity issues across enterprise organization
o Wireless maintenance and troubleshooting to include LWAP and IOS-based access points.
o Provide documentation as required including: Asset Management, Smart-Net, RMA processing, IP management, Visio network topology
o Familiar with Unix/Linux environments

HIGHLY PREFERRED (but NOT required)
o Experience with California OSHPD (Office of State Health Planning and Development)
o 3 - 5+ years of Cisco Controller based wireless installation and troubleshooting experience
o 3 - 5+ years of experience understanding TCP and UDP packet flows.
o Knowledge of the following: Cisco Nexus switching (Nexus OS), Cisco 2900 / 3900 routers with 15.x IOS, Cisco ASR routers with Cisco IOS XE Software.
o Proven knowledge of DNS administration in a large enterprise organization.
o Project Management experience
