Desktop Support – Level 2

Situation: Contract, Contract to Hire or Direct Placement

Start: Within 2 weeks, depending on Customer Requirements

The client  is seeking qualified Desktop Support Professionals who can support our Customer’s project needs. And the  customers have a vast array of technical needs such as; hardware and software maintenance, new installations/refreshes, general user support and other day-to-day functions. The Level 2 Desktop Support professional would be a key player in the installation of new hardware/software and remediation of current hardware and software.

Skills required:

  1. Hardware Support: Laptop, PC’s, Peripherals,
  2. Software Support: End User applications, etc.
  3. Network Support: Troubleshooting network related issues, assisting in new/upgrade installs
  4. Other Device Support: Smartphones, Tablets, A/V Equipment

A+

Network +

Networking Related Certs (CCNA as an example)
