Job Description

 Role:Developer III Specialized

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 12+ Months

The position needs: 
1) Strong Business Object report development skills 
2) Strong Data Analysis skills with Database knowledge 
3) Strong in SDLC 
4) Mortgage/GSE experience is a plus 

Must have strong experience with as both infrastructure as well as application DBAs in all environment. 
Must have strong experience for application's database designs, analysis and implementation. 
Must be able to provide end to end DBA support system and application side on Oracle database from building/upgrading Oracle database, apply object changes, performance and tuning, SQL script creation and tuning 
Must have experience with analyzing and resolving complex technical problems regarding the integration of object-oriented applications and infrastructure with relational database technology. 
Must have experience monitoring databases and performing tuning enhancements to optimize their performance. 
Developing and maintaining utilities to automate problem determination, change implementation, and monitoring activities. 
Participate as a team-member in data management strategies. Integrate data architecture with appropriate components of the extended enterprise, transaction factories, and the data warehouse. 
Participate in data-sourcing, import and data validation activities. Perform source system analysis as required. 
Develop stored procedures, database triggers and SQL queries where needed. 
Provide database change and release management. 
Support a production environment as necessary. 
Work with DBAs and Data Architects to plan and implementing appropriate data partitioning strategy for an Enterprise Data Warehouse. 
Develop new and support existing ETL processes using industry leading ETL or customization tools.
