Job Description :
Required Skills:
5-7 years of overall IT experience
Detailed understanding of SFDC Service Cloud
Detailed understanding of different reporting capabilities in SFDC
Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct business requirement clarification sessions with business SMEs.
Contact center domain experience
Drive the User Requirements / Functional Requirement Workshops
Primary Contact for any Requirements related work
Derive, Define the URS and FRs
Own the URS, FRS and Traceability Matrix Documents
Review and Review the Business Use Cases and the URS and FRS with Business
Prepare wireframe and Protoypes for the identified requirements and review the same with the business
Participate in Conceptual Design Reviews with IT Technical Team and Business as applicable
