Job Description

Role : IBM Tririga Consultant

Location : Nashville, TN

Duration : 12 Months

Deployment Management

Responsible for configuring TRIRIGA solution to support specific Market requirements and localizations

Load Market portfolio templates in STG, UAT and PROD,

Support automated testing process

Execute regression scripts (in assistance with automated team)

Work with third party consultants to provide TRIRIGA technical solutions

Functional Support Management

Load monthly portfolio updates â supplier, sites, hierarchies, etc.

Provide configuration options to support process requests and enhancements

Monthly maintenance and application development responsibilities supporting the Lease Administration process

Recognizes and addresses issues in a timely fashion, takes action to prioritize and escalate issues as appropriate.

Ability to problem solve technical TRIRIGA and process issues, innovate and propose improvements, document requirements, develop, test, implement software enhancements. Train users as needed.

Assist with TRIRIGA user security and TRIRIGA application access requests.
