Job Description

Role : SQL Developer (Banking Domain)

Location : Chicago, IL

Duration : 6 Months

Job Description:-

Provides database solutions and ensures quality assurance and timely delivery of data.
Investigates, troubleshoots and corrects data to ensures data integrity
Manages SQL Server in enterprise environment,
Translates stakeholder requirements into database design
Promotes a constructive, positive team environment and maintains a spirit of openness, information sharing inquisitiveness, problem-solving and support for common goals
Analyzing source systems for loading into SQL Server and communicating findings and make recommendations back to the team.
Analyze database in response to new functionality and summarize findings and implement recommendations
Perform impact analysis to assess impact of source changes
Coordinate with data quality analysts to understand data requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent data analytic skills.
Ability to allocate time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
Strong time management skills, fast learner, self‐ motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to problem solve by analyzing and challenging conventional thought processes and using experience and/or intuition to create pragmatic solutions

Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science, MIS or IT technologies
Strong development skills and unit/code testing experience is required
3+ yrs. experience working with MS SQL Server; recent experience in MS SQL Server 2012 desired.
3+ Years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server database design and analysis techniques using SQL tools, data analysis software, SQL Reporting Services, SSIS, and SQL OLAP/Data Warehouse tool
5+ years experience working in SQL Server, Oracle or Teradata environments
5+ years Data Warehousing experience
3+ years TOAD or Teradata SQL Assist experience
3+ years Data Analysis
