Job Description :
We are looking for a ServiceNow analyst and implementer with experience configuring the CMDB,Incident Management, Asset Management, and Change Management modules. The candidate will be expected to:
Work with stakeholders in gathering and documenting requirements and configuring ServiceNow to match
Enhance and extend an existing ServiceNow installation
Configure screens and scripts to improve and automate business processes within ServiceNow
Understand the full asset lifecycle management process within Service Now
Write reports based on ServiceNow data
Plan and execute upgrades of Service Now instances
Understand the programming and scripts required to extend and integrate with ServiceNow
The desired skill set includes:
Strong Service Now implementation, configuration, and programming skills
Database design concepts as they apply to ServiceNow and its CMDB
Ability to understand and document complex business processes
Ability to design and execute functional and unit testing
Ability to work with established standards and practices
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong written andverbal communication skills
Strong business analysis skills
