Position Description Summary: CCE Consultant

The CCE consultant is responsible for leading CCE deployment activities around leadership alignment, change management planning, communication, determining organization alignment needs, and initial training for Salesforce.com new instance. This position utilizes common CCE methodologies and processes to define the approach and execution of tasks assigned to the project and works in partnership with the Project Manager to ensure CCE needs are scoped properly at the beginning of the project lifecycle.

• Lead the design, development, and execution of Change Plans and activities for key priorities related to executing the project’s strategic direction, including leadership alignment, communications, education, and stakeholder management.
• Education Design: Enable understanding of business roles and change impacts to ensure education content is developed accurately to meet business needs.

• Experience with Salesforce.com implementations a plus
• Experience with implementations at Cargill a plus
• Strong project management skills required
• Experience in organizational change management in a global implementation a plus
