Job Description-

This manager will NOT do Skype interviews. This is a one and done in person interview for 1 hour.

Client: DirecTV/AT T

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: Up to 18 month contract

Pay Rate:$55-58/hour is max we can do

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of strong experience with Python

2+ years of strong experience with Linux

Highly preferred experience with Bash scripting working on a Unix OS

Experience working on the release of an application/software. This can be lighter experience if they are willing to learn and work in this environment and have worked on at least a couple of projects where they handled the releases.

Understanding of configuration management

Responsibilities:

• Establish and enhance best practice configuration management standards, practices, processes, templates, policies and procedures
• Enhance and redesign our core build process in order to support rapid improvement and innovation
• Support the continuous building of the product release and play a critical role in verifying and executing of automated and manual builds
• Manage production build servers and build environments of build systems
• Develop build scripts and tools for builds, using Shell script, Python or Perl
• Manage the source control such as check-in/check-out, branching and tagging activities
• Research CM technology based on needs and to integrate the CM technology with current environment

Education: Bachelor degree required
